Ethiopia is on its fourth framework, the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF), jointly developed by the Government and the United Nations Country Team. Ethiopia’s Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP) is the first of a three five-year plan to propel the country toward a climate resilient middle income status. More than 190 world leaders met on September 27, 2015 and adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the UN Headquarters in New York.
